Luke Hamman is a construction executive and owner's representative with more than 20 years of experience leading teams and managing complex projects across the public, education, housing, healthcare, and commercial sectors of the western United States. He grew up around his father's jobsites and started in the field, then spent about a decade with general contractors before crossing to the owner's side, where he has represented owners and developers for the past ten years. He leads project teams through clear communication, disciplined project controls, and collaborative problem solving, delivering on time and on budget while keeping the process transparent and accountable to boards, agencies, and community partners. In 2024 he took ownership of the family company, Tell Construction Co., founded in 1949.

Jacob Hamman grew up around his father's plan sets and job sites alongside his brother Luke, and made design his craft. Today he is Tell's owner's representative on Maui and the client's day-to-day point of contact on the island. He pairs a designer's eye with a builder's practicality, bringing current, working knowledge of Maui County permitting, plan review, and inspection, along with the island construction logistics, trade availability, and material lead times that quietly make or break a schedule. On the owner's behalf he provides on-site presence, field coordination, and budget and schedule oversight, and serves as the local liaison to stakeholders, permitting offices, and agencies. He also runs an active drafting and design technology practice serving residential and commercial clients across Maui.
